Hello everyone, God bless you. We want to share what has been going on with our family. The last time we sent an update was in April, and we were in Sonora awaiting the arrival of our baby. • Elisabet •  Our baby was born on May 14. We thank God for her life. She is a very healthy, beautiful, and joyful girl.  •Ensenada•  God provided a job at CCBC (Calvary Chapel Bible College), the place where my wife and I studied 10 years ago. Since June 1, we have been here serving God. I am helping with the construction of a new building and also sharing devotionals and Bible studies with the students. During this time I have had the opportunity to share the word of God in different places.  Every week we drive to Rosarito to congregate at our church. I have been able to support some Sundays in the ministry for new believers. It has been very encouraging to return to our church. Our children, Israel and Abigail, have enjoyed it very much.  We are very grateful to God for this time in Baja Califor

  Hola a todos, Dios les bendiga. Queremos compartir lo que a pasado con nuestra familia.  La última vez que enviamos una actualización fue en abril y estábamos en sonora esperando la llegada de nuestra bebé.  •Elisabet• Nuestra bebé nació el 14 de mayo, estamos muy agradecidos con Dios por su vida, es una niña muy sana, hermosa y llena de alegría. •Ensenada• Dios proveyó un trabajo en IBCC (Instituto    Bíblico Capilla Calvario) el lugar donde mi esposa y yo estudiamos hace 10 años.    Desde el 1ro de Junio estamos acá sirviendo a Dios. Estoy ayudando con la construcción de un nuevo Edificio y también compartiendo devocionales y estudios bíblicos con los estudiantes. Durante este tiempo he tenido la oportunidad de compartir la palabra de Dios en diferentes lugares.  Cada semana manejamos a Rosarito para congregarnos en nuestra iglesia.  He podido apoyar algunos domingos en el ministerio de nuevos creyentes. A sido de mucho ánimo regresar a nuestra iglesia, nuestros hijos Israel y Abig

Big Changes Hello friends, It has been a long time since we last updated this blog. First, I want to thank you for your prayers, support and love for our family. As you know, in January, 2017, we were sent by our church, CCR, to Guadalajara to start a church from scratch. For 4 years we faithfully shared the Word, and we rejoiced to see God working in people's lives. It has been a good time, where we learned to trust God and rest in His will. We are sure that nothing we do for our Lord Jesus Christ is in vain. The year 2020 was a very difficult year for us economically, as it was for many around the world in the wake of the pandemic. In March, we had to close the doors of the place where we were renting to meet online for practically the rest of 2020. Since the place we were renting was a party room, we would be fined if we opened the doors, and the owner forbade us to do so. In spite of this, we never stopped preaching the Word and visiting and supporting our brothers who were als

Hola familia y amigos. Quiero darles una actualización de nuestro blog. Como saben hace 2 años llegué a Guadalajara junto a mi familia, para plantar desde cero la Iglesia Capilla Calvario Esperanza Viva. Iniciamos esta aventura de fe convencidos de que Dios nos había llamado a servirle en esta ciudad. En ocasiones a sido difícil para mí como pastor, ver que la Iglesia crece lentamente. Pero poco a poco he aprendido a descansar en Dios y seguir siendo fiel, teniendo gozo y gratitud. Los últimos meses la iglesia creció con algunas familias nuevas que comenzaron a asistir. Me llena de gozo cuando llegan personas a escuchar la escuchar la palabra de Dios y qué son constantes en regresar. La mayoría son nuevos creyentes y tienen hambre de conocer a su Señor. Es una bendición poder servir a Dios por medio de servir a su pueblo. A través de este tiempo Dios a levantado líderes, maestros y un grupo de alabanza. Todo para su gloria. DIOS ES FIEL. Hello family and friends. I wanted to share an updated blog with you.  As you know, I arrived in Guadalajara with my family to plant Capilla Calvario Esperanza Viva two years ago from the ground up.  We began this adventure of faith convinced of God’s calling on our lives to serve Him in this city. As a pastor, it’s sometimes been difficult to see the church grow slowly.  But through it all, I’ve learned to rest in the Lord and continue with faith, joy and appreciation. In the recent months, the church has grown with new families that have begun to attend.  My heart is filled with joy when people arrive to hear the word of God and they are consistent in returning.  Most of them are new believers and they have a hunger to know our Lord. It’s a blessing to serve the Lord as we serve His people.  During this time, God has raised up leaders, teachers, and a worship team. To Him be the glory! GOD IS FAITHFUL. Hola amigos queremos compartir con ustedes una actualización de nuestro blog!  Nos disculpamos por tardar tanto en hacerlo! Estoy agradecido con Dios por su obra aquí en Guadalajara. A principios de año festejamos nuestro segundo aniversario!  Dios a sido fiel. Tambi é n tuvimos la visita de nuestros hermanos de Calvary Chapel OceanSide. Ellos estuvieron haciendo evangelismo y conferencias en la Iglesia. Fue de mucha bendición tenerles con nosotros porque trajeron mucho gozo y ánimo a nuestras vidas. La Iglesia a estado creciendo lentamente, pero sobre todo saludablemente. Las personas están comenzando a servir y desarrollar sus dones y talentos.  Es de ánimo ver a la gente más involucrada sirviendo en diferentes áreas dentro de la iglesia.   Los domingos estoy enseñando el libro de Marcos y a sido una bendición aprender juntos de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Hello friends. We want to share with you an update of our blog! We apologize for taking so long! I am grateful to God for his work here in Guadalajara. At the beginning of the year we celebrated our second anniversary! God has been faithful. We also had a visit from our brothers at Calvary Chapel Oceanside. They were evangelizing and holding conferences in the Church. It was a great blessing to have them with us because they brought joy and encouragement to our lives. The church has been growing slowly, but above all, in a healthy manner. People who are mostly new believers are beginning to serve and develop their gifts and talents in different areas within the church. On Sundays, I am teaching verse by verse through the book of Mark, and it has been very edifying to learn together from our Lord Jesus Christ. My prayer is that more people can come with the desire to know their Savior and share their faith when they invite others. In May we started a home
