November 2016

Hello everyone, we are very happy to be able to share this update with you.  This month of November we complete one year at Grace Children’s Home.  It has been a time where we have learned to love and to serve these children, and without a doubt, we will miss them.  But at the same time we are content to know that God has guided us to this point and we will take them with us in our prayers and in our hearts.  Thanks to all, we love you!!!

On the 22nd of November, we will travel along with our pastor and some friends to Guadalajara.  We will be there a few days praying for the city and seeking God’s direction for a good place to start the church, Calvary Chapel Living Hope, in February of 2017.  Can you pray for us? –That God would open doors and that we would be able to see what God wants to do in this place!  Pray for the people who have heard the gospel, that Jesus would shine in thier hearts.

The 26th of November, we will have an informational meeting where we will be sharing our vision, what we believe and what type of church Calvary Chapel Living Hope will be.  We have invited people who live locally to be a part of the team and come along side us to serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  We are really excited because even beforehand, there are already people with the desire to serve and are waiting to join us.  

During this week that we are in Guadalajara, we are also looking for a house to live in.  We ask for your prayers that God would provide a place for us.  Many changes are coming for our family, with a 15 month old daughter, a baby on the way and a new church that is just beginning!  But we rest in that we are walking in His will that is pleasing and perfect.  Without a doubt, He is our strength!!!
